About Sefton Ipock
I was born and raised in Charlotte, N.C. I discovered photography as a high school senior and pursued that interest by joining the photography staff of the Daily Tar Heel while attending the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. After earning a degree in journalism I took a position as staff photographer for the Selma Enterprise and Kingsburg Recorder, a pair of weekly newspapers in California's San Joaquin Valley. After nearly two years I took a position on the photography desk of the Anderson Independent Mail in Anderson, S.C.
I am married to the love of my life and have a beautiful three-year-old daughter and one-year-old son. We have settled into the Upstate of South Carolina and call it home. My goal as a photographer is to provide my clients with a tangible reminder of the meaningful lifetime moments that we all treasure.
